What's Your EQ?

Emotional Intelligence (EI) refers to the ability to perceive, control, and evaluate emotions. To be a “launch manager” you must possess emotional intelligence.  Research suggests that emotional intelligence can be learned and strengthened, while others claim it is an inborn characteristic. A number of testing instruments have been developed to measure emotional intelligence, although the content and approach of each test varies.  At EQLaunch, we believe emotional intelligence skills is inborn, but can also be awakened in individuals through enhanced focused training.
