RANDALL S. DUNCAN APPOINTED PRESIDENT AND CEO OF EQLAUNCH

LOS ANGELES, CA, SEPT 8, 2015 (NEWSWIRE) – EQuantum Launch (known as
EQLaunch), an ASD Development, Inc. company, a California Corporation in business since 2001,
known for tailoring its services to “launch” or turnaround large capital construction programs
announces the appointment of Randall Duncan, LEED AP, to the position of President and CEO.

Duncan has 30 years of experience in the construction industry working on such large capital construction programs as the $40B Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah (Industrial City) project, Saudi Arabia; $350M John Wayne Airport Expansion program; $408M California State University Northridge (CSUN) Earthquake Recovery program, $1.245B Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) Program; $4.5B LAX-Landside Access Modernization Program (LAX-LAMP), $117M Bob Hope Airport - Regional Intermodal Transportation Center (RITC) program (Consolidated Rental Car Facility, Transit Station, Elevated Walkway and Replacement Parking Structure; Massachusetts School Building Authority “Green Repair” Program; and the Children’s Museum of Los Angeles.

Prior to joining EQLaunch, Randy served as Vice President, National Program Management and Western Territory Manager for STV Group, Inc’s Construction Management subsidiary, STV Construction, Inc.   Prior to that Randy served as Vice President, and Corporate Director of Program Management for Harris & Associates for eight (8) years.   Prior to that he was a senior program director at Daniel Mann Johnson & Mendenhall (now AECOM) in charge of two (2) of the largest education (CSUN, LACCD) construction programs in the western U.S.

Randy’s unique launch capabilities have brought about tangible launch, and project delivery results; under his leadership a $339M capital construction program was delivered 11 Years ahead of schedule (Sweetwater UHSD Proposition BB bond program); a $158M Regional Intermodal Transportation Center (Consolidated Rental Car Facility, Transit Station, Elevated Walkway and Replacement Parking Structure) was value engineered, repackaged, bid, and built for $91M, a client realized construction cost reduction of 43%; he co-authored the Grant Acceleration Program with Leland Wilson, Federal Coordinating Officer, FEMA, which resulted in the acceleration of CSUN’s (107 building’s damaged - $408M) recovery from the Northridge earthquake, at the time the largest sub-grantee applicant for FEMA funding in the history of the U.S.
